What's Included:

.ZIP file including a unitypackage containing FBX, Scene and Avatar Prefab. Additionally, a Substance Painter file (compatible with SP 8.3.1. and higher) and PSDs will be included for the model’s textures.

Simple setup with SDK 3 Toggles, different pieces of outfits can be toggled on/off to your liking!

These toggles include:

- Clothing toggles: Neatly organized menus for Tops, Bottoms and Accessories

- Audiolink toggle

- Gogoloco

Requirements:

- Poiyomi Shader 7.3 or above

- VRCSDK Avatar 3.0

- Unity 2022.3.6f1 (use of Creator Companion strongly recommended)

- VRCFury (required for Gogoloco to work, link to info + how to install to VRC CC here)

Please note: Due to VRChat's recent Unity upgrade rolling out, this package has been created in version 2022.3.6f1 using VRC Creator Companion. It's very easy to use and documentation on how to use it can be found here

TOS

- This package, and any of its contents, MUST NOT be redistributed, given, paysplit or shared with ANYBODY - no exceptions.

- This avatar MUST NOT be uploaded for public use on ANY VR platform

- This model MUST NOT be used in any commercial capacity

- You MAY use the avatar for streaming/content creation so long as there is a link to the Gumroad listing included somewhere within the description.

- If you choose to modify the model, I am not accountable if anything breaks.

- You MAY NOT claim the character as your own. I understand if she becomes a character you find your identity with (which makes me happy), you MAY do things like commission artwork of her but I must be credited explicitly as she is my creation.

- If you would like to commission another creator to do any 3D WORK using this avatar (i.e. 3D renders, adding additional outfits) the individual you are commissioning MUST PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE AS WELL.

- THIS MODEL CONTAINS A COMPLETELY CUSTOM BODY EDIT TO MARI’S “DEIRA” BASE THAT WAS SCULPTED BY ME – this body edit MUST NOT be reused to create a different model for commercial usage under ANY circumstances. Any inquiry about using my edit commercially WILL BE DENIED - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you would like to use this body edit on a personal avatar completely separate from Kimmi, just run it by me first for approval via the discord server.

- YOU MAY make edits to the model, feel free to personalize her or even retexture her body.

- You MUST NOT purchase this avatar with the intention to asset mine anything used on the avatar. Purchasing the avatar with the intention to reuse the assets on another avatar WITHOUT OWNING licenses for the original assets from their respective creators is forbidden.

- You MUST NOT delete any of Mari’s mesh credits as well as the credit texture located within the head.

- Resale of this package and ANY of its contents is PROHIBITED. You will be met swiftly with a DMCA.

- FAILURE TO ACCURATELY FILL OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT (DISCORD + VRC USER NAME) WILL RESULT IN YOUR LICENSE BEING REVOKED.

- If TOS is broken in ANY way, you will be blacklisted and your license will be revoked.

Some additional notes:

- You WILL NOT use Kimmi for the purpose of slandering a specific individual or group OR political or religious activities.

- The creator of the original Deira base (Mari) and the creator of Kimmi, tigerhead, WILL NOT be held responsible for any financial or mechanical problems caused by the use of this Avatar “Kimmi”
