- This package, and any of its contents, MUST NOT be redistributed, given, paysplit or shared with ANYBODY - no exceptions.

- This avatar MUST NOT be uploaded for public use on ANY platform (Including: other VR platforms, Steam workshop, etc.)

- You MAY NOT reuse my reworked Deira mesh and rig to create other avatars for sale - commercial or commission. That said, taking on/requesting commissions for edits to Salina is allowed but can only be done if both parties own the package.

- If you make content with her ( Twitch, TikTok, Twitter, Bluesky) I kindly ask you to provide a link to the model somewhere in the description.

- For content creators: if you happen to make one of my avatars your new main avatar and have intentions on commissioning any artwork such as emotes or any branding, please ensure that you make some kind of edit that makes it uniquely yours - even slight colour adjustments would do!

- If you choose to modify the model, I am not accountable if anything breaks.

- If you would like to commission another creator to do any 3D WORK using this avatar (i.e. 3D renders, adding additional outfits, retextures, etc.) the individual you are commissioning MUST PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE AS WELL.

- YOU MAY make edits to the model, feel free to personalize her/make her your sona, go nuts!

- You MUST NOT delete any of Mari’s mesh credits as well as the credit texture located within the head.

- You MUST NOT purchase this avatar with the intention to asset mine anything used on the avatar. Purchasing the avatar with the intention to reuse the assets on another avatar WITHOUT OWNING licenses for the original assets from their respective creators is forbidden.

- Resale of this package and ANY of its contents is PROHIBITED. You will be met swiftly with a DMCA.

- FAILURE TO ACCURATELY FILL OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT (DISCORD + VRC USER NAME) WILL RESULT IN YOUR LICENSE BEING REVOKED.
